Hi, I'm Zoe.
I've spent over 10 years behind the scenes of busy businesses, and the last 6 running Spark.
Working in businesses in the UK and internationally, I kept seeing the same thing: founders with great plans, but without the time and capacity to make them happen. I started Spark to bring that support: someone to put their ideas into action and build the foundations that help the business grow.
I'm at my best when there's a lot going on and it needs organising. I've worked across a range of different industries, so I get up to speed quickly, and I use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work faster, so more of your hours go on the work that matters.

Do you work remotely or in person?
Mostly online, wherever you're based, and in person when it's needed and location allows.
Do you take on admin-only work?
Day-to-day support is part of how I work with clients, but I don't offer admin-only packages. I work best with founders who want structure in place too.
Can I have support part-time?
Yes. Most businesses I work with don't need someone full-time. We agree the level of support that suits your business, and it can grow as you do.
How much does it cost?
I work on a monthly retainer based on the support your business needs, with no salary, National Insurance, pension or holiday pay on top. We'll talk it through on our discovery call, and I'll follow up with a suggested plan and cost.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, I ask for an initial three months. That gives us enough time to put things in place properly and for you to see the difference. After that, we carry on month to month and I just ask for 30 days' notice if you want to stop.
How do we stay in touch day to day?
We agree what works best for you at the start. Often that's a weekly call to set priorities, WhatsApp or email for anything day to day, and a shared task board so you can see where everything stands at any time.
How do you handle confidential information?
Everything is handled in confidence. I'm registered with the ICO and happy to sign an NDA. I'll recommend how your information and system access should be set up, and we agree what works best for your business.
